The learning objectives of this MSc Programme are designed so as to lead students to master the following:
Acquire advanced knowledge and skills in their chosen area of specialization within the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and its subfields of Energy, Communications and Networks, Electronics and Computer Systems.
Consolidate the relevant background knowledge obtained during respective undergraduate studies and the advanced knowledge obtained in this Programme into a functional body of knowledge to support either professional or PhD perspectives.
Get initiated into research methodology, procedures for design, planning and implementation, research ethics and good practices.
Get a lived experience of carrying out research work as members of research groups in DEEE. Learn how to collaborate on a project basis and how to benefit from research group membership.
Execute a research plan, (co-)produce innovative results, integrate results with those of others to produce a final outcome.
Learn how to present own and/or collective/group results, write technical reports, write scientific papers, follow and respond to the paper review process, present and defend innovative research results in public (conferences, workshops, etc.)
